Arohan Terms of Use

Acceptance

By creating an Arohan account or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use and the linked Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please don't use the app.

The Service

Arohan is a micro-learning app that delivers bite-sized lessons across curated roadmaps. Some roadmaps are free; the rest are unlocked with an Arohan Pro subscription or, where available, a one-time per-roadmap or bundle purchase. We may add, remove, or change roadmap content over time.

Your Account

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time from inside the app (Profile → Settings → Delete Account); deletion is irreversible and removes your progress, saved cards, and notes from our database.

Subscriptions

Arohan Pro is an auto-renewable subscription billed through Apple's App Store. Two plans are offered: monthly ($6.99) and yearly ($59.99). Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or by tapping the “Manage Subscription” link inside Arohan. Refund requests are handled by Apple's App Store customer support, not by us — please see Apple's refund policy.

Deleting your Arohan account does not automatically cancel your Apple subscription. Cancel the subscription separately in Apple ID settings before deleting the account if you don't want to continue being charged.

Content and Accuracy

Arohan's lesson content is provided for educational purposes. While we make a good-faith effort to ensure accuracy, we don't guarantee that every lesson is complete or up to date, and the content is not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.). Corrections are welcome via support email.

Acceptable Use

Don't use Arohan to harm the service or other users: no reverse engineering, no automated scraping of content, no attempts to bypass paywalls or access controls, no redistributing lesson content as your own. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Intellectual Property

Lesson content, the Arohan name, and the visual brand are the property of Upbrew. Third-party material referenced inside lessons (quotations, diagrams, public-domain text) remains the property of its respective owner; we credit sources where applicable.

Disclaimer

Arohan is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your data will be permanently retained beyond reasonable best-effort. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Upbrew is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of Arohan after a change means you accept the updated terms.
